Good morning fellow style lovers,

how are you doing? Have you all survived St. Valentine?

This year I left the city with some friends and had the best day, really!
But let’s get back to why you guys are here, this week’s outfit shows the easiness of creating winter outfits that can be worn up till spring.
I found this skirt at &Other Stories and really loved it from the first second. It is warm and gives a real cozy winter look. I don’t know if you have noticed, but it has two pockets which makes the good-look even practical. Worn with my thermo tights, as I usually do during the winter period, creates a perfect winter style. You can wear any type of skirt with tights, it always changes the look and let’s you stay warm even during winter. The purple skirt cost me 65 €.

Here  I have shown you some another example, where I combined a normal skirt with some tights.

I combined the skirt with a color blocking shirt in turquoise and a black west. This gives you the opportunity to easily leave the west during spring time, if you are feeling warm under the sun. Of course you can combine the skirt with other coloured long-leave shirts such as black, white or even in golden or silver. In the last two case I would not add too many accessories to the outfit.

The turquoise top is just a simple H&M basic shirt, that you can find anywhere for around 10-20€. The west is knit and created out of wool. You could also combine it in alternative with a jacket like this or this depending on the occasion.

When we are getting closer to spring the same outfit can be worn with thinner or even without tights, this changes the overall look as well.

The accessories I have combined in this look are a necklace from H&M for circa 15 € and a ring that I absolutely love form &Other Stories for circa 30€.

I know color blocking is so old-fashioned already, but I think it can be worn perfectly to some occasions. This for example is perfect to go to a casual work day, to have brunch with your friends or a shopping tour in a new city!

What do you say about this outfit? Here you can find all my outfit inspirations and here you can subscribe to be automatic updated about new posts once a week.

Best, Be-Sparkling.
