Elegant at Work

Hello! To be honest I know I am guilty of not posting as regularly as I have and I am super sorry for that!

As you guys know I have moved to Frankfurt getting into a new city, creating new friendships, doing a new line of work and having a blog is quite a lot of work as you can imagine. And right now I am even looking for a permanent flat, which I had found until yesterday I got a decline because of some contrast points in the contract. So I have to leave my current flat on Sunday and find a new place to stay in the meantime!

But I promise I’ll get better in writing more often again – I PROMISE !!

For now wish me luck 😉
Today I am showing you one of my favourite outfits for going to work.

The great thing is I am a big fan of ‘after-work’ especially here in Frankfurt and this outfit is even perfect for that!

From top to toe

The shirt is from Mango for 35€ and is super cute and elegant. Unfortunately it is a little too short in my opinion but I bought it never the less as I think it’s so pretty! – my cousin was just about to steal it right after I showed it to her …

Over this black shirt I am wearing a casual-elegant blazer from H&M for 40€.

What I love about it most are the cropped arms which are super comfortable and make the look more tight.

A lot of you will now probably start to think ‘Don’t you know that black and blue in fashion are a no go?’ – sure I do! But aren’t rules there, to be broken?
As I’ve always be saying style is a matter of attitude and only fashion is something you have to follow rules because someone is telling you so ! That is why I call this section ‘Be-Stylish’ rather than ‘Be-Fashionable’
Following down the line I have chosen to wear green trousers, but you can wear this outfit with grey, white or blue pants as well. I just wouldn’t go with black in this case.

The Accessoires

In combination I have chosen a Kapten&Son watch to go with this outfit. I love this watch for it’s simple elegant style without loosing its character through the rougher grey leather wrist band. Especially with this combination the black clock face fits perfectly together. You can find it on the webpage for 150€.
Last but not least I combined the outfit and the watch with the silver-grey earrings which I found somewhere down in my jewellery box.

I don’t think you can still find these, but just go with something simple, greyish colours and a little hanging to round up the outfit !
I hope you guys like this outfit and I can’t wait to hear your thoughts! Just leave me a comment below. And as I said ! I promise – next post is following soon ☺️
